Healing energy helps to balance your body, mind, and spirit. It promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself. By clearing energy blockages, it brings a sense of peace, clarity, and emotional balance.
It’s a gentle yet powerful way to restore harmony and well-being. The session lasts for 20 minutes. No registration is required.

  1. Lie down in a place where you can relax and be alone. It's easier for the energy to reach you if you're as relaxed as possible.

  2. Listen to your own music if you like, or enjoy the silence. My favorite artist is Chakratones.

  3. Set an alarm or a timer for 20 minutes. This way, you won’t be distracted by wondering how much time has passed.

  4. Set the intention to receive all the energies you need today. Simply thinking the thought is enough.

  5. Take a few deep breaths before the healing starts. Focus on your breath for the rest of the session.

  6. Stay lying down for the entire session. Some people experience strong physical sensations, while others feel nothing at all. The important thing is that you will feel better in the coming days.

Energy is not limited by time or space. This is why healing can work at a distance, even without us seeing each other.
